With the PSI Above 150, when I try to warm up (via running a round or so around a park and then stretching), I'm not sure if I'm doing more harm to my body than helping it "improve" via working out.
Getting to a Gym is also a no no for me since I don't believe in using artificial weights for workouts. Rather use body weight instead since I'm not looking to bulk up or anything, going for the balance ya know. So this leaves me with static HIIT workouts which are also effective except that I'm still outdoors :<
Anyway I still tried working out on Monday but I was a disaster overall since you want to do your best during workouts but the haze kinda limits that to a large extent? Then you're faced with the dilemma where you don't work out and if you stop for more than a week, the progress that you had is kinda halted and to get it back, you will need to spend twice the time again :(
Anyhow, it is rather frustrating but I guess my frustration should be the least among all the other haze related frustrations but yeah, short rant xD!
Managed to stream some Secrets of Grindea, so part 6 should be coming up within the week, the difficulty of the game keeps increasing exponentially though still beatable!
