So I was editing part 3 and 4 of Secrets of Grindea Let's Play and... let's just say I wanted to stream SoG today but I don't think my heart can take any more of my unfortunate deaths in the game xD!
In part 3, it was still okay because it was more of a puzzle solving moment, figuring out how to get our of the cursed halloweenish forest. In part 4 however, going up against 2 bosses in 1 part is demoralizing to say the least when editing it.
I died a total of over close to 60 times if you add up both death counters xD!

Yeap I might just need CPR after editing both of these parts xD!
Nevertheless it was enjoyable to edit through them. If you are one of those people that watch a bunch of youtubers who do alot of let's play type of videos then you need to know that it is actually extremely tedious to edit through them. Very very tedious.
Not sure about the video editing software they are using, but because my PC is getting old (close to 5 years) plus with the constant rendering and editing, everytime when I cut/edit a part (for eg. a death scene), it takes awhile to load. So imagine right now editing over 60 times of those, and waiting for it to load is sometimes taxing and frustrating. On the very least, sometimes the little devil starts to get into your head. "why try so hard?" "you can just cut it all away and put a fake number!". For me, when I come to this point, either I stop editing altogether, or I just fight it !
I always try to bring quality videos to my viewers and every time I feel that I can't put the best into a video I'll stop editing it and come back to it later. Sometimes I might just not produce that video altogether. This is why you see some series or games that I've uploaded not continued as I feel that the scenes that I have is just not quality enough for the channel. Just a self-imposed benchmark to ensure the quality of the videos uploaded on my channel I guess?
Any how, I'll be streaming SoG again probably on thursday! Also don't forget about FNAF2 and 90SGD LIAS Giveaway this coming Saturday in celebration our 100th Subscribers for our live stream channnel!
Hope you enjoyed the read as always.
Cheers,
AikawaKazu
