So I spent the entire morning + afternoon editing/recording/rendering the CS:GO Highlights #4!
This one is mostly pistol rounds to kinda inspire and show people the importance of mastering even your pistols. Added some inspirational quotes at the start of the video to make it all serious and you know, giving it the feel xD!
It is really tedious editing now as the latest version of my video editing software (powerdirector 13) has issues with Windows 10 (or is it the other way around :s) and the fix that I use causes my PD13 to crash almost one to every 3 edits. This means that everytime I edit something in the timeline I have to save. Did I mention this already in a previous post? Somehow I have a feeling I did. Anyhow, it is just very annoying and time consuming. Sometimes I take the risk and don't save after 1-3 edits and bam, it hangs and I have to restart with no way to get back the work I've done :(
Sourcing for the right BGM is also something that most Youtubers will have to face with most usually just using the BGM from the game itself but you know CS:GO is a FPS game so there's no BGM. I hope I managed to find the right ones this time because that also takes time and people don't really want to listen to the same thing again unless its a intro or something so yeah.
The video is being uploaded right now as we speak and I hope this one is a good one. Let's just say with every video I always try to make sure that the editing is improved at least slightly so I hope you'all will be able to see that :)
Secrets of Grindea part 5 is already up, that one also took awhile to edit. Managed to shorten around 1.5hrs of gameplay into just 40 minutes while keeping most of the story parts in-tact so yeap if you haven't watched that one make sure you take a look!
I lost my global elite rank unfortunately. I can even remember the run that made me lost it.
I got my global elite after a 5 game win streak as a SMFC. I won 3 games after as a GE which meant that I had a 3 game buffer. I drew 3 games after that 3 game buffer and lost 2 and drew one.
And finally after losing 1 game yesterday I lost it again xD!
Played a game at SMFC and it got easy again. Some GEs are just ridiculous and because the role/nature of the way I play usually meant high risk (entry fragging etc.) if I happen to die early in the round, usually things turn out badly. And then when I play too safe, the opponent's team GE will go around killing everyone. Need to find that balance and timing I guess when I get back to GE.
I was telling Shifty1234click that maybe we need to hit GE together, then we will be ready!
Anyway as usual, thanks for reading :)
Cheers,
AikawaKazu
